Trip Overview
Unlike Kenya’s Mara (where Migration crossings happen July–October), Tanzania’s Serengeti hosts the Migration year-round — the herds simply move through different parts of the park. We time your camps based on monthly herd reports: Ndutu (south) for January–March calving season, Central Serengeti for April–June, the Western Corridor for June crossings, and Northern Serengeti for July–September Mara River crossings. This six-day trip pairs three Serengeti game-drive days at the right camp for your dates with a finale at Ngorongoro Crater. A sunrise hot-air balloon over the plains is included.
